directly or indirectly by force majeure or other events which are beyond our control, or which are not preventable by reasonable diligence on our part including, but not limited to war, civil disturbance, fire, floods, unusually severe weather, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accidents to or failure of machinery or equipment or industrial action.
11. We reserve the right to vary prices and rates in the event of changes in exchange rates or price rises made by wholesalers or other suppliers. If the cost of any service increases due to exchange rate fluctuations, price increases, tax changes or any other reason, you are required to pay the increase when notified by us or you may cancel the booking which may result in cancellation fees. We are not liable in any way if any increase occurs. Rates quoted are appropriate to the particular product at the time of quoting and these rates may change prior to the travel date. All prices are subject to availability and can be withdrawn or varied without notice.
12. By providing your credit card details and accepting our Terms & Conditions, you authorize Ezytravel.qa to arrange for funds to be debited from your nominated credit card.
Your bank or credit card provider may apply currency conversion fees. Credit Cards are required to secure bookings if you are travelling within 14 days.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
E-zy Travels.qa may take various steps to verify and confirm the authenticity, enforceability and validity of orders placed by you. If ezytravels.qa, in its sole and exclusive discretion, concludes that the said orders are not or do not reasonably appear to be, authentic, enforceable or valid, then ezytravels.qa may cancel the said bookings at any time before the scheduled time of departure of the relevant flights/trains or before the expected date of visit to any property booked through ezytravels.qa. Also in the above situations ezytravels.qa in its sole discretion shall have the unrestricted right to take any steps against the User(s), including cancellation of the bookings, etc. without any prior intimation to the User. In such an event, ezytravels.qa shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage that may be caused to the User or
Any of them as a consequence of such cancellation of booking or services.
Users can send cancellation request through portal ezytravels.qa and steps are clearly explained in portal. For any other clarification you can call customer support. It is mandatory to contact ezytravels.qa for all refunds, as the airline will not be able to refund your tickets booked at ezytravels.qa. All cancellations made directly with the Airline need to be intimated to ezytravels.qa by Email or Phone in order to initiate the refund process. Processing times for cancellation and refund requests vary. The refund will be credited back to the same account from where the payment was made. For example, if the User used a credit card, Company will make an appropriate charge reversal. If the User used a debit card, Company will credit the money back to the debit card.
On the event of cancellation and refund of partially utilized tickets upfront discount and promo code discount availed at the time of booking would be deducted from the refund amount. In case, where the user has cancelled his/her booking directly with the airlines, he/she will need to inform Company with valid documentation to initiate the refund process. It is advisable to contact Company within 48 hours of the cancellation request. The meal amount is non-refundable. (Refundable only if the flight is cancelled by the airlines). Company will be able to initiate customer’s refund only after receipt and/or confirmation of refund from the airline. Refund duration for Air ticket, it may take between 10 – 15 working days and for the Hotels and Bus service it may take between 15 – 20 working days for the amount to get credited into your account.
Flight Cancellation Policy:
· Flights booked on this website are governed by the terms and conditions of the airfare you purchased and are determined by the Airline.
· In some cases, airfares are fully non-refundable and non-transferable.
· Airline charges or part or full cancellation fees may apply to your particular airfare.
· A Travel Consultant will help you wherever possible within these terms and conditions.
