Non-Refundable Policy
Once the package is issued, it is 100% non-refundable under any circumstances. No cancellations or modifications will be allowed after confirmation.
Booking & Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure the package.
Prices are subject to availability at the time of booking.
Bank fees for transactions made with a debit & credit card.
HOTELS
All hotels will be located either around the airport area or on the outskirts.
Most hotels in Europe offer only Twin beds. Double beds will be Queen size, not King size.
In triple rooms, the third person will be accommodated on a rollaway bed, and room size may be the same as a double room.
Many European hotels do not have air conditioning or fans. Cooling systems operate based on European weather conditions and local authority declarations of summer.
The average room size in European hotels ranges between 16-20 sq. meters.
Tea kettles are generally not provided in hotel rooms.
Passengers will be responsible for any damage caused to hotel rooms during their stay.
We reserve the right to substitute a hotel of a similar class if necessary.
COACHES
Most travel within Europe will be by coach; passengers must keep the coach clean.
For hygiene reasons, using toilets on the coach is not permitted. Comfort stops will be arranged by the tour manager during long drives.
Eating and drinking on the coach are not allowed.
Each passenger is allowed one check-in bag and one handbag due to limited storage space.
Coaches are not wheelchair accessible and have steps for boarding and alighting.
MEALS
Meals are pre-set; a la carte options are not available.
On certain days, packed lunches will be provided.
SIGHTSEEING
The itinerary may be amended or reversed on certain departures, but all services and inclusionswill remain the same.
Walking is often required at sightseeing locations, amusement parks, and airports. Comfortable sports shoes are recommended.
The tour manager and driver will make efforts to get as close to monuments as possible.
If a paid entrance is unavailable due to sudden closure, it will be replaced with a visit of similar value or a refund will be provided.
GENERAL
A local representative or driver may assist you during the initial part of the tour.
Security alerts and unforeseen closures may impact the itinerary.
Travelers must take extra care of personal belongings, as theft and bag snatching are common in many countries. E-ZY TRAVELS is not liable for any loss of belongings or baggage.
The company is not responsible for damages, loss, theft, injury, accidents, delays, weather conditions, strikes, war, quarantine, or any other unforeseen circumstances. Passengers must carry travel insurance.
Additional expenses due to delays or changes in transportation schedules must be borne by passengers.
The Tour Manager and company reserve the right to amend itineraries, alter departures, or withdraw excursions for passengers’ convenience while maintaining all services.
No refunds will be provided for unused services, including meals and sightseeing.
Optional activities must be booked and paid for in cash (as per the tour currency) on Day 1 of the tour. Credit or debit cards are not accepted.
Optional tours are 100% non-refundable and non-cancellable.
Changes to return flight reservations are subject to airline charges, which will be communicated upon confirmation.
