How do I register on EzyTravels?

Registering is very easy and free of cost. You can click on the 'Register Now', or while booking a ticket you will be automatically prompted to signup.


Why should I register with EzyTravels?

Register with us so that you can conveniently check your complete booking history for all your travels that you have made with EzyTravels. This will include your booking amounts, refunds processed, cancellations and amendments done. You will also get emails on our travel deals.


Reservations & Amendements


How do I know my reservation was booked?

You will receive an email on confirmation of your booking.


Can I book multiple destinations with stopovers on ezytravels.qa?

Yes. You can make a Multi-city booking with stopover on ezytravels.qa. A stopover is a break in the journey for more than 24 hours on one of the cities that you pass through on your itinerary.


I have not received the confirmation email/sms for my booking. What should I do?

If you have not received the confirmation email from us, check your junk/Spam mail folder. If you have not received sms, check your registered mobile number in "My Account".


My booking was interrupted due to some problem, What should I do?

If your booking was not completed due to some technical problem, kindly contact us as soon as possible. Please do not make another booking as this may lead to duplication of booking.


How will I get my e-ticket?

Your e-ticket details will be sent to the email address you have provided during the booking process.


Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?

Yes, it's very important. Some airports don't allow you inside without a printout of your e-ticket.


How will I get my boarding pass for an e-ticket?

You will need to show printed copy of e-ticket at the check-in counter. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass.


I have entered wrong name How can I change it?

The airline doesn't allow name change on the ticket, you'll have to cancel and re-book the ticket. Airline cancellation charges applicable.


I have misspelled the name or Title(Mr/Ms) or selected wrong gender How can I change it?

You can call us at 00974 - 44360936, we can check with the concerned airline if such requests can be fulfilled. If the airline doesn't allow it, you'll have to cancel and re-book the ticket.


How do I amend a flight reservation?

Please contact us at our customer service center nos 00974 - 44360936 or 00974 - 44360939.


I am travelling with an infant; can I make a infant booking online too?

Yes, it is possible at the time of travelling, Infants must be more than 7 days and less than 2 years old.


Is my credit card information secure?

To maintain the accuracy of the data, as well as preventing from unauthorised access and ensuring the correct use of the data, we have carried out appropriate physical, electronic and managerial measures to safeguard and secure the data we collect online.


I want to book a flight for someone using my credit card. Can I?

Yes. Customers wishing to purchase a ticket where the card holder will not be one of the traveler should:

Proceed with the online booking and when the system asks "Is the payment card holder travelling on this booking," click Yes. Under this scenario, the credit card holder would need to accompany the traveller(s) to the airport check-in counter (he/she should need to have the physical credit card and a valid ID or passport with him/her).


Cancellations
How can I cancel my flight tickets?

Log onto www.ezytravels.qa and click on Manage Booking Button. Click on the Cancellation button. Enter the Ezytravels Booking ID corresponding to your booking and the Email ID that you gave at the time of the booking. You can cancel your booking. Please confirm the cancellation charges before you confirm to cancel the booking. The refund amount would reflect in the same account that was used to make the payment at the time of the booking.


I am not able to cancel my flight tickets online. What do I do?

You cannot cancel flight ticket if the departure time is within the next 3 hours.

Can EzyTravels help me in getting Visa? We do provide Visa Assistance and you can call our travel experts.


Is Travel Insurance required?

We recommend taking Travel Insurance as it covers costs that may arise in emergencies like hospitalisation, trip cancellation, lost baggage and accidental death insurance.
